First and foremost AMAZING staff. Everyone that works there is top notch. Although it isn’t the cheapest, I like how they do not Nick and you. Free laundry services, free breakfasts, free Shuttle …you pay the upfront cost but after that, it’s worry free.

I thought the bed could have been a bit softer and more comfortable

"An amazing experience for those going to Hakuba to Ski/Snowboard"

Awesome property. Had two washers and dryers. Conveniently next to the bus terminal. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Amenities were great and bar/coffee shop on the first floor was a nice with snow gear lockers in the basement for those staying at the hotel.

Location was very Central. Staff were friendly. Provided free shuttle to and fro key Resorts which was very helpful. Interesting concept to provide some vouchers for skipping Room Cleaning. Complimentary drinks offered. Other facilities like free Washer/Dryer and Onsen were also very much appreciated. Comfortable Bed.

No air-conditioning during transition seasons (only Heater), easily resolved through leaving a slight opening in the Windows but it does result in some increased noise from nearby traffic/pedestrians esp in the early morning. Didn't really affect our stay.
