"Overall stay is GREAT"

The hotel is very clean and very comfortable . Our room Has a front view of the alps . they also have free drinks when you get to the room. 🤗 The staff in the front desk assigned in the evening shift is so kind and very understandable to speak to. 💯 She’s not a japanese but se was also very fluent in japanese language too ✅ . She was very jolly and even helped us book our taxi for early morning . The stay was really good . 💙

My only reccomendation is maybe they can put some meals, other foods too because on our two days stay in hakuba , its really a struggle to find an open restaurant . So i hope they have a large food menu just incase their guests haven’t find a food outside

Amazing location in Hakuba! We loved the shuttle and breakfast. The guest lounge was perfect for our bigger group.

Location was mint.

There weren’t enough laundry facilities for the guests. Also, there wasn’t a fan for any fresh air.
