It is relaxed and low-key. Great location, lovely helpful staff. Good value. Large rooms, which is great for winter sports gear. Terrific small onsen.

Breakfast was good but lacking in finesse. Some communal furniture uncomfortable.

“The things I liked most were the location and the comfortable bed.” 😊

It seems that the housekeeping mainly cleans the floor, but the dust on areas such as the bedside shelves has not been wiped. Could you please ask the staff to clean these areas as well?

The breakfast was clearly not at the expected level !! Dirty tables, no cutlery, cold eggs…… no staff. Clearly not at Japan level and expected level vs price paid.
