"So close to perfect"

It’s a gorgeous property with a variety of rooms. Stunning views everywhere and great facilities. Some frustration with getting help from staff due to the text message and “leave a voicemail” systems which meant I needed to do some chasing took away from an otherwise perfect experience. Worth another try though.

Hacienda Del Sol is the best hotel I have stayed in as a traveling magician visiting 25 countries since 1974. The secret to their success is unparalleled service, superior attitude that appearance and delivery of services with excellence and a smile matters! I wanted to spend my birthday there, get a 90 min massage in their well appointed Spa and enjoy their very well prepared cuisine. I am hooked on the attention to architecture, style and service. I’ll be back as my wife now loves it too. I initially went in 2022 for biz. This was relaxation to an overly busy New Yorker. Thank you Hacienda Del Sol—we love you. Excellent customer care, the Team beam with pride to share this historic landmark. Spacious room, with quality and comfort features. Room and property views are fantastic. Dining was delicious and spot on. . A destination resort in the beautiful foothills, and still a great location for tourist outings. Landmark with character and charm. We will be back with intent.
