Location and comfort in the room. Front desk staff were friendly and supportive at all times.

I didn't like the response from booking.com, it was very slow. Especially when I contacted the customer service through priority messaging system on the website. Housekeeping minor issues required improvement in the hotel but was often addressed very quickly by the hotel staff.

Sehr gute Frühstück, wenn auch nicht im Preis enthalten. A la carte. Der Concierge außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Parken vor der Tür 10 min gratis, reicht fürs Be und Entladen

Die Rechnung wurde nicht per Mail geschickt, erst nach Aufforderung in Teilen, nach nochmaliger Mahnung dann vollständig. Hier war der deutschsprachige Dienst von Marriott sehr hilfreich. Der als Deposit geblockte Betrag einschließlich Gebühren für zwei Zimmer wurde erst nach 17 Tagen(!) freigegeben. Nicht geklärt ist allerdings die Rolle der Bank, warum die Gutschrift so spät erfolgte und die Kreditkarte blockierte. Mit der Autoverleihfirma ging’s jedenfalls viel schneller. Eine Telefonische Reklamation wurde nicht per Mail beantwortet, obwohl so am Telefon besprochen.

We had a two bed apartment which was very spacious. Beautifully presented rooms, well equipped, comfortable beds, quiet location but walkable to the baseball, CN tower etc. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room service breakfast was lovely.

Disappointed by the experience at St. Regis Toronto. It’s 5 PM and I still haven’t been given access to my room after waiting for 1.4 hours, and despite following up three times. Each time, I was told it’s still being inspected. For a property that commands premium rates and carries a luxury brand, this is simply unacceptable. The lack of readiness and communication falls well short of the standard one expects from St. Regis.

Very convenient. Good onsite options for food and beverages.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay at the St. Regis Toronto From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The service was truly impeccable—every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooftop restaurant offered not only delicious food but stunning views of the city. We also loved the lobby bar—elegant, lively, and home to some of the best cocktails we’ve had in a while. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of a vibrant, world-class city. The St. Regis Toronto exceeded all expectations. We can’t wait to return!

Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend. Room was extremely spacious

1. We paid for 2 deluxe suites(confirmed) BUT got 1 deluxe suite and another much smaller deluxe room - I realized this late since this room felt much smaller than the other. We were not informed and no explanation whatsoever! 2. The description on Hotels.com (see screenshot) specifically says 2 private bathrooms, but it actually is 1.5 bathrooms (Marriot website for the hotel shows 1.5) - This is MISLEADING. I had to book another room on the spot, just for another bathroom. I could only get a room for one night; they were fully booked afterwards. 3. Bathroom in the corner suite was not cleaned well, housekeeping took forever after multiple follow ups- then multiple people showed up to do the cleaning :) They were very apologetic, but you would expect things be perfect at the beginning for a 5-star hotel! 4. I had specifically asked for an extra rollaway bed on extra charges for both the suites - got 1 in the corner suite, upon asking they got one for the other room as well. 5. Heard of the "famous" butler service they have (had received welcome emails as well), never saw anyone, no one answered the phone from the room:( 6. The first day when we checked in - our calls never went through - to front desk, concierge, house keeping , butler service, private dining - no body picked up. I had to go down the elevators from 17th floor to talk to front desk every time I needed something.

Big Minus points: 1. We booked 2 deluxe suites(confirmed), 1 BR : 900 sq ft each. BUT got 1 deluxe suite corner 900 sq ft and another 1 deluxe room 550 sq ft - I realized this late since this room felt smaller than the 650 sq ft suite we just came from NOTL. We were not informed and no explanation whatsover! 2. I had to go down the elevators from 17th floor to talk to front desk every time I needed something. Thank you for the exercise :) Plus points: Front desk were busy, but were helpful. Bellmen and valet were friendly and welcoming, always. Location is good, near multiple attractions but we decided to take uber for everything - since parking is a nightmare.
