"Clean, quiet, cozy"

We were on the 2nd floor, no key entry for the back door due to covid 19? Didn't understand that, since you have to wear a mask anyway. Otherwise, it was clean, only one clerk to check you in, had to wait maybe 10-15 min. No water bottles in the room. Last Hotel had 2 free water bottles. That was nice.

"Horrible customer service"

The room itself was great. My problem was there was a big storm coming in I was on my Harley Davidson I asked the front desk if I could park my motorcycle under the canopy during the storm. Because there was another guest that asked the night before and they let him. But I was told no!! And basically if I did not like it I could go somewhere else!!

Great place to stay. In my top 5 for sure. Olivia and the rest of the staff was exceptional. I would choose this hotel over the one attached to Diamond Joe's 10 out of 10 times.

"Very nice stay"

I had some friends join me in celebrating my 60th birthday and with Diamond Jo's casino just a block away this was perfect. Very clean and though we had booked with your app they treated us very well and honored our request to have the three rooms close. Using the app we don't always have good treatment from some hotels. This was great. Free breakfast was good (except the powdered eggs), we slept well.

Check in was painless. The "clean" room however was a little disappointing. The table had some stick/wet spots like someone ate there and there was a used bar of soap left in the shower. They were very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay by a few days. But the front desk was short staffed so there were a few moments of waiting 10 minutes for front desk personnel.
