Ac did not work. They moved us to a new room where that one sounded like a helicopter was in there. Moved us back. The outside of the ac was moldy. Holes in the screen so we couldn't open our window. And the pool was full of sand so we could not use that either. For how much I spent for 1 night, I will never return!

Very disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. No warning or heads up it was out. Would have booked elsewhere to have working amenity, especially with paying $200 a night for a room. The rest of the stay was ok. Nothing fancy, but a premium price for an average hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable, however, it was extremely dirty. Lobby and elevators were very gross. Our room was not as bad but still needed a very deep cleaning. Wore my shoes in the room as carpet was very sticky. Breakfast was very good! Breakfast staff was very friendly and upbeat.
