A localização é maravilhosa, perto de tudo, bons restaurantes, cafés, bares e lojas pode-se fazer tudo a pé, estado mesmo no centro dentro do hotel não se nota a agitação da rua, tem algum ruído mas nada que me incomode, quarto muito grande e bom pequeno almoço, piscina gira e um bom bar com ótima vista

Os empregados são simpáticos , principalmente o Camilo da recepção e o empregado do bar do rooftop , mas os do pequeno-almoço deixam muito a desejar, a simpatia não é tudo e acho que o hotel bom como o descrevi merecia funcionários mais eficientes

My check in was incredibly rude and condescending. I had an early flight and they told me my room wasn’t ready till 3. I came back at 2:30 just to see if it was ready early and was scolded for not coming at 3. Not a good impression to start my trip. The rest of the check in was rude as well, but the remainder of my stay was fine. Not five start service for check in, but the rest of the staff was very helpful and kind. The concierge didn’t answer my text for two days and apologized for not having access to their WhatsApp. Not sure what that is but didn’t affect much. Breakfast is very minimum.

Der Service im gesamten Hotel war langsam und unaufmerksam, zudem spricht kaum jemand Englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr mager und bietet kaum Auswahl. Besonders unverständlich ist, dass Cappuccino extra berechnet wird, was erst nach mehreren Tagen erwähnt wurde. Wir hatten fast 24 Stunden kein warmes Wasser, wodurch weder Duschen noch die Nutzung des Jacuzzis möglich war. Zusätzlich wurde der Jacuzzi während des Aufenthalts nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Fitnessstudio ist stark überfüllt, da externe Gäste Zugang haben. Als Hotelgast erhält man dort weder Wasser noch Handtücher. Der Concierge-Service war unzuverlässig, Anfragen wurden nicht gelöst. Die WhatsApp-Kommunikation erfolgte erst nach Stunden und führte sogar dazu, dass nachts um halb eins laut an unsere Tür geklopft wurde. Room Service war praktisch nicht nutzbar, da telefonisch keine Verbindung zustande kam und kein Rückruf erfolgte. Zusätzlich wird eine tägliche Resort Fee berechnet, ohne dass ersichtlich ist, welche Leistungen dafür erbracht werden. Besonders negativ ist, dass wir nach dem Check-out wegen einer zusätzlichen Rechnung kontaktiert wurden, die zuvor nicht korrekt in der Abschlussrechnung enthalten war. Beim Check-out wurde zudem nicht einmal nachgefragt, ob wir zufrieden waren. Leider weit unter den Erwartungen – absolut kein 5-Sterne-Niveau

Experience was great! Edison needs to get a lot of recognition because he really made our stay better. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Whether it was quickly handling requests, offering helpful recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, he consistently exceeded expectations. What stood out the most was his genuine attitude and willingness to go the extra mile without hesitation. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service, and it made a huge difference in my overall experience. Thank you again for such outstanding service!
