We had an amazing time at the hotel. Very happy with the service, the food was so good, the room was nice and spacious and even had a large living room enclosed terrace that could be separated with a glass door so you don’t hear the street noise. The staff were so professional and friendly. We were with kids and Poblado is mainly clubs for adults but it’s a very vibrant area with lots of restaurants and it was easy to commute with Uber to so many places. We loved it!

The location of the property is fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and spacious with extra seating and social space.

The breakfast was not the best, but there is a fantastic cafe nearby. It was a bit loud later at night on the weekend, but they supply ear plugs.

Muy buena experiencia en el Hotel Charlee. La ubicación es excelente, en una zona animada y segura. La habitación es moderna, cómoda y bien equipada, con buenas vistas. El desayuno es variado y de calidad, y el personal siempre atento y amable. Sin duda, un hotel recomendable para disfrutar de Medellín.

No hubo nada que no me gustara. Todo fue muy positivo y cumplió con mis expectativas durante la estancia.

Excelente ubicación en El Poblado, cerca de restaurantes y vida nocturna. Desayuno variado y de buena calidad. Habitación moderna, amplia y muy cómoda, con bonitas vistas. Muy buena experiencia en general.

No hubo nada que no me gustara. Todo estuvo a la altura de lo esperado: la ubicación, la comodidad de la habitación, el servicio y la atención del personal. La experiencia en general fue muy positiva.
