Loved it. Even when I had a problem with the TV the hotel staff handled the issue swiftly. I would definitely stay here again.
Checking in was easy and fast. The front desk gal was kind, cordial and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and cool. The beds were heavenly and pillows were perfect. Not a fan of the shower door, but that didnt negate any experience. Breakfast was plentiful and well maintained. Overall...great! Thank you.
The staff members at the hotel are amazing! My room was clean, but the furniture needed updating. Also, there was an old, musty smell in my room. Breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
They even provide you with a welcome bag at check-in. The representative who checked us in was very informative and pleasant. We'll be back.
Property was located close to downtown which was great for event I was attending - but close to train tracks which was a surprise in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good and staff were attentive. Parking is behind hotel which does feel a little concerning if you come back late in the evening.
