"Wonderful family owned hotel."

Wonderful location with beautiful grounds and easy access to the chair lift and walking paths. The food at breakfast was good, dinner was exceptional and excellent value. Easy parking. Very much a family owned feel to the place which suited us. Very personal and warm. The spa is lovely, great sauna and hydro pool

Not a complaint just constructive feedback: Staff in the restaurant were very nice but need to slow down, they rush about a lot ,maybe be a bit more communicative and attentive ,especially to newly arrived guests. The first dinner or breakfast you need to know what the 'rules' are. No one explained.

Breakfast was good. Would be nice to offer fried eggs freshly cooked or more savoury options.

Rooms were a bit dated. Mattresses need to be more comfortable and decor needs to be white and more inviting with duvets. Shower didn’t have good flow and soaked the bathroom because of small and poor shower curtain!
