Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual ‘Schoolies Week’ period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. The accommodation at Ultra Broadbeach is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay. Please note that all Visa and Mastercard payments will now incur a surcharge of 2% and 3% for all Amex bookings, as of 1st September 2025.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Wonderful pool ! Airy and bright living areas. Staff at desk very friendly and helpful! Cleaning staff are lovely 😊

Frying pans need to be replaced. Sofas were ok.

Great, roomy, comfortable apartment, would be excellent for a longer stay. Beautiful view, excellent location. Had everything we needed. Amenities were lovely, wish we had more time there to enjoy all this accommodation had to offer.

My only complaint was only one functioning lift while the 2nd was undergoing maintenance. This was frustrating at busy times especially check out time with a 20+ minutes wait and ended up taking the stairs. Hopefully that will be rectified soon because it was otherwise excellent and we would stay again. They provided ample communication regarding this.

Lovely apartment - with just about everything you needed. Very clean and beds so comfortable.

There was nothing we didn’t like - but a few more little things could be added - dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent. For a weeks stay you don’t want to be buying big bags of these only to leave them when you fly back home . It’s only a tiny thing but would make things a little easier .

Complex was good

Apartment wasn't very clean. Ensuite had no working extraction fan so bathroom was always steamy for ages after showers Bed in main bedroom needs new mattress. It was on a major lean. Terribly soft too Need more kitchen stuff. Ie bowls, platters. Couches quite old Apartment smelt of dog/animal
