Ultra Broadbeach

Location was perfect - to beach, shops, restaurants. View was ok, big building construction right in the front of the view, but otherwise it was good. Very impressive entrance into the lobby.

Unfortunately the apartment had cockroaches, this needs to be address urgently.

Un très bon emplacement, proche de pacific fair et des transports et aussi de la plage. Un très beau jardin et de bons équipements dont on a bien profité.

Everything - the facilities and the staff were great. The view was wonderful. The staff were very helpful. It was terrific to have a coffee machine in the room - please advertise that you have coffee machines in the room - we almost changed properties because we assumed that you didn't have one in the room - surprisingly, it does influence people's choice of properties.

Perhaps the gym could have more equipment, but really, it was ok. I went to an external gym, which I probably would do anyway because I prefer to have a wide range of equipment. Also, room prices are a bit high. But I was prepared to pay it because I had my family with me and wanted them to have a nice time. But if I was a single traveller, and not spending much time in the room, I may have gone for a less expensive option.

Gorgeous room with ocean views in a central location to Broadbeach.

This apartment was a great home from home. Very convenient to the Pacific Fair shopping centre and trams, buses etc. Near to restaurants and the coast. Walking distance to so many things but just tucked away nicely from any hustle and bustle.

Nothing we didn't like.
