Please note that a mid-week housekeeping service is only offered for stays of 9 or more nights. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual ‘Schoolies Week’ period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. The accommodation at Ultra Broadbeach is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay. Please note that all Visa and Mastercard payments will now incur a surcharge of 2% and 3% for all Amex bookings, as of 1st September 2025.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Brilliant spot, super helpful staff."

Great location- handy to beach, multiple shops, restaurants in walking distance. Receptionist was excellent - friendly, and really prompt responses to our requests .. she’s a keeper Ultra, look after her! Awesome beach facing deck.

Limited Parking at reception for check in/out or guests. Location of the parking gate sensor - as smallish women we had great difficulty accessing it as it is mounted part way down the downhill ramp with a super wide curb directly below. Hair dryer had exposed wires (immediately replaced by receptionist when asked) Batteries flat in TV remote (also immediately replaced by receptionist) Apartment telephone totally dead.

"Despite a couple of negatives we would not hesitate to come back to these apartments."

The location was great. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The pool was great.

The vaccuum cleaner was left out in the room, placed behind the lounge chair. The kitchen floor was sandy. We had no spare toilet paper.

Tv did not work, followed instructions and it wouldn’t work. Toilet kept running after flushing, had to press down on toilet button to stop it flushing. Great bed. Never had to take out my own rubbish at end of stay. Great location. One lift worked. Noisy construction (not hotels fault).

"Spacious apartment with beautiful sea views"

Beautiful views, excellent location, light and airy, very spacious apartment with comfy bed. Where it fell below expectation was the dated decor, cleanliness - clumps of dust and a pill on the floor beside the bed, the hairdryer is ancient (best bring your own) and not enough towels provided.
