The actual location in Riomagiore is amazing. However, if you visit in summer, there is no air conditioning. Also, don't expect housekeeping to any significant degree beyond making your bed and bringing a few clean towels each day. No balcony but the view is spectacular.

Highly not recorded. This is not hotel. They put us in 5th floor walk up with steep stairs no hand rail. Had to pay someone to carry suitcases down. Beds were very small and uncomfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. Front desk employee confronted me because I have bad feedback. The vew and location was amazing but not worth.

The manager Edi was kind and all time available for questions and others. I loved Cinque Terre. People is kind with tourists. Riomagiorre is wonderful.

Stayed here for a night last week while travelling in Italy. The office is on the main street in Riomaggiore and once we'd checked in the woman walked us to our apartment. We kept walking and walking through these narrow lanes I wondered if we'd ever get there, but it was worth it as it was literally right by the coast. Inside it was basic but clean, a small kitchen area, 2 single beds, a very small tv and a basic bathroom - probably just fine for one or two nights. The view out of the room however was stunning, it looked straight out to the sea and if you left the apartment and literally walked 10 steps to your right you came to quite a popular lookout area with the most stunning views. Only downside was that literally right by the window you had people walking past quite frequently (literally right up by the window) so we shut it most of the time. The fan didn't work either in the room but it wasn't too hot (probably helped by the fact the bed sheets were thin and the floors tile so kept it quite cool). Can't complain really as it was perfect for one night, in an excellent location and was a reasonable price.

Our apartment was right overlooking the harbor in a great location. Beware, however, that this is a booking service for many apartments, so you might not ne so lucky. The parking was far from the apartment, so bring a small suitcase.

I was so happy with the service we received here. Even though we were late coming into town they made arrangements for us to grab the keys for our stay. Would recommend this place!

the apartment i was put in looks nothing like the pictures on here. There was no patio, the bedroom/kitchen was completely different and not very clean. Kitchen doesn't have the right appliance (microwave, etc). The bathroom was extremely small. I feel deceived by the portrayal of this hotel and the ridiculous original price. I wouldn't stay here for free next time

This studio is absolutely amazing! I wish we could have stayed longer!! It was very clean and spacious and overlooks the ocean, shops, and restaurants. It's a close walk from the train station (walk through the tunnel into town) and the view itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and let us keep our bags in their office after check out so we could continue to explore cinque terre before our train ride to Rome. I highly suggest booking this place, you won't regret it.

Great location and sea view, close proximity to the harbour. Apartment however was not the cleanest.
