This apartment was super clean with most amenities readily available. We felt comfortable and safe. Sitting at the balcony one could enjoy a true sea view. Very good location since it is so close to the train station. The Wi Fi signal was strong although TV was off for whatever reason.
Easy finding the location. Walked over to our apartment, lots of stairs, but that was to be expected. Views from our apartment were amazing!
GBStayed here last night (4 April) with my 2 children and had a lovely time. Lovely lady showed us to apartment conchiglia? Which was clean tidy and well equipped. Terrace outside with 180 degree sea view. Decor is simple but at 90€ its great value - I wasn’t expecting a savoy bed.. hot shower, fridge and heating all worked very well. No complaints. Lady in office kindly offered to hold our bags for the day if needed. Would recommend if wanting clean and simple accommodation in great location. There are lots of steps but given where you are it’s expected. Lots of pics already posted so no need but thought I’d post some of terrace and walk to apartment..
That location is good. The apartment is a bit dated. The electricity tripped twice when used hair dryer. Called the number given when booked the property but to no avail. May be good if can give an emergency no to contact the owner. It will be good if can provide some complimentary coffee powder or tea bags.
Love the room that was provided with us. Our balcony is overlooking the most beautiful view in riomaggiore.
Very clean, small bathroom but ok for someone who is thin. It had a nice view to the beach, but it's a semi-long stair climb to the room, however someone who is in good health can do it and enjoy their stay or simply take it slow. It is a small and peaceful town, with friendly people and nice small restaurants. We enjoyed our stay in the room and the town.
The apartment was a perfect location right on the ocean with windows that provided the perfect view. It was a nice little apartment with good bed, kitchen/dining area, and sufficient bathroom. Quiet and I wished I could've stayed longer. Great place overall!
We stayed in the Agave room. The sea view is spectacular! The few negative aspects of the apartment (musty smell, hard mattress) are totally eclipsed by the view and location of the apartment. Highly recommended!
This apartment was excellent! Close to the sea and short walk to the train station, you couldn’t ask for more. I would stay here again!
Stunning views from a perfectly located apartment. Couldn't ask for better. Bathrooms needs a little love and could do with an armchair. Brilliant and perfect for us but be prepared to walk up stairs to get there!
