"Very disappointing. Many issues with room"

Breakfast very good.

Room 16 very disappointing. Dressing table chair sagged. Beds moved when touched, not fixed. Very few sockets. No USB facility. Lock on door didn't work. Toilet seat wouldn't remain up. Window ledge dirty when opened.

the pillows were too hard and TV in room very poor quality kept on breaking up disappointed by this I expected better
