"Beautiful house in a peaceful location yet only a few miles outside Ambleside."

Dave and Carey are great hosts. We were treated more like family rather than paying guests. They are very friendly and always happy to chat. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was wonderful. It was peaceful and scenic. Access was down a typical country lane but it was very easy to find. We are looking forward to our next visit.

"Perfect for a weekend away in the Lakes"

Host was so welcoming and lovely, room was clean and pillows were so comfy! Breakfast was perfect, the living room area downstairs was cosy and the host had the fire lit each evening.
