The hotel needs some work. We are Marriott Titanium Elite rewards members and we really expected more from the next level JWMarriott and we have stayed at many if the Marriott Brand upscale hotels. Check in was long and difficult. There was only one person helping and there was a line. My husband asked another staff person he saw talking with another staff person and he said oh I can check you in. The first room we had really had a string chemical smell like they were masking something. Later I realized it was the smell of dog as the hotel is pet friendly. I have allergies and that room aggravated them. We moved the next day to a new room and when we came back after a day out about 5 the room had still not been cleaned. My husband went to the front desk and a person was sent and we at that point just needed towels. He brought us two hand dowels and when we asked for the full three piece towel set he came back soaps. I realize he did not understand buy why should it have taken 3 tries to just get towels. The folks working in the lounge for reward members were nice and the food was decent except for the undercooked scrambled eggs. The Christmas decorations were nice Overall the hotel is aging and needs a computer

Decoração bacana, ducha muito boa, usamos a banheira com sais que foi bem positivo. Cama com muito boa qualidade. Piscina com ambientes bem legais, a academia é muito bem equipada, me surpreendeu. Uma pena o bar está em reforma, um dos mais altos da América Latina.

Meio confuso no início de adaptar com os elevadores. Não pode manter a porta da sacada aberta, de fato entra umidade muito rápido do mar para o quarto.

Amei a localização do hotel e o atendimento de todos os funcionarios foram extremamente gentis e sempre alegres em.ajudar. Um destaque para o " Rose" josé" era muito gentil e alegres. A piscina infinita " Belissima" e com um bar maravilhoso. Todos os dias nossa camareira colocava um Mimo em nossa cama como chocolates e o nosso Ano novo foi espetacular. Com um Buffet e música Panamenha maravilhosa.

Algumas instalações em nosso quarto estavam com defeito mais nada de mais. E o ar condicionado tinha um barulho estranho.

We had an absolutely superb stay at the JW Marriott Panama. Everything was outstanding: the breathtaking view, the beautiful facilities, the stunning infinity pool, and our room, which was elegantly decorated and extremely comfortable. The service was exceptional, with thoughtful attention to every detail, and we were especially touched by the staff who even spoke French to make us feel at home. The quality of the food was excellent, the location is perfect, and above all, the value for money is truly exceptional. We would highly recommend this hotel!
