Welcoming, friendly, well provisioned rooms, tasty breakfast. Lovely place to stay whilst on walking weekend in the New Forest. B & B located on sea front, easy to find and park.

We stayed three weeks here and really enjoyed our time there. The staff and owners were great and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was great as well and had plenty to chose from. It was a short walk to the cliffs and restaurants and shops. We would defiantly stay here again!!!

What a treasure to find! This place was phenomenal, we stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed more. Th room was well appointed and the view was better. The owners were fantastic and eager to assist. We ended up coming back from dinner and watching a movie with them. Cannot wait to return to catch-up.

We had a lovely stay at Waters edge Guest House. Friendly and accommodating staff and a comfortable bed made our break perfect. The breakfast was very nice with several choices, served in a bright and cheerful room facing the seaside. Nice lounge to relax in complete with honesty bar and garden in the back of property for guests.

Excellent stay. Very friendly and welcoming. Great view of the Isle of Wight, especially The Needles and Lighthouse. We felt completely at home and very comfortable throughout our stay. Could not fault anything during the stay. Great all round feeling, shame we couldn't stay longer.

Beautiful location with the the sea in front of the hotel. Hosts were very welcoming and our stay was very comfortable with a great breakfast in the morning. Recommend a visit.
