KC Hotel San José

We stay here every time we visit San JOse. It is a very nice hotel, convenient, comfortable and a great value.

Excellent hotel except that the pool was hot, not warm but hot!

Special thank you to Nancy for welcoming us back after the new renovations! Congratulations to the new owners on a job well done! Karol checked us in, and was very efficient and kind!

Everything fine, just fine... not good or excellent

Only stayed one night, but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Reception was efficient and friendly. The pool (hot water) in the inner courtyard was nice to look at while having a bite to eat on the restaurant/bar. Food was good. My room was more updated than my friend’s but both were large with comfy king beds. Really good value for price paid!

At least the room that was assigned to us was not as modern or as pretty as we expected it to be, we noticed that near the pool area the rooms were prettier than our room, however breakfast was really good, the common areas are to die for!

Good quality place to stay wether beginning or ending your trip to C.R. They have upgraded many of the rooms and the property is very clean. It’s always a pleasure to stay here when visiting.

The shower in my room was not good and was cold most the time.

Friendly, helpful staff. Checking in / out was a little slow

Area was not conveinent for walking.
