The owners were very friendly, approachable. Very nice to have them on site to welcome you, and make a wonderful breakfast!

There was nothing I didn’t like. And I can’t wait to get the same kind of shower they have there - at my house.

Location is very convenient, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good.

My own fault, but be aware, as I didn't realise that a private bathroom was different to ensuite bathroom, so I had to leave my room and go up and down a few stairs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I hate to write something negative when the staff were so nice, but my room was very tired. Outdated bedding and very uncomfortable bed with sloping mattress, complete with springs/inners that go boing when you roll over, so sleep quality was not good.

Location. Lisa & Frank was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and did all they could for a comfortable stay. Walking distance from all Inverness and surrounds offer.

Friendly couple running the place. Great location for the town and getting out and about.

Room was grubby/dusty surfaces. Towels, although clean were not sparkly white. Overall room looked "tired". No parking onsite so you have to park about a 5 minute walk away.

Lisa and Frank made us feel very welcome and Doris was so adorable!! Breakfast was amazing!! First stay in a B&B, and the experience was so great!! Right off from the start, Lisa informed us that the kettle needed to be replaced and Frank got it in soon after. They are the absolute best!
