Great location for visiting Inverness. The super friendly hosts made our stay very pleasant and served a wonderful breakfast every morning. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was delicious. Hosts were lovely and had the cutest dog. Rooms were cozy and very welcoming. Location very close to the centre.

Shower temperature fluctuated a lot but I think I just didn't know how to work the shower controls.

Scottish (veggie option) Breakfast served every morning The location is pretty good, you just need to cross the bridge to get to the centre of Inverness. The landlords are very nice.

The mattresses should be replaced. Globally the place needs to be refurbished. There’s no parking on the premises but you can easily find in the nearby streets.

"Lipstick on a Pig."

2.0

For sale sign on door was a dead giveaway; and locals stating the same. Apparently the owner can’t afford to keep up with maintenance. Lipstick on a pig. Nice carpeting and linoleum and Italian tile, covers squeaky floors. The building must have rotten timbers, floor joists and hardwood floors. Nothing is level. What upset me the most was no one answering the door in an emergency. Came back at 10:10 PM and no one home. Apparently asleep, refusing to answer the door. Senior citizens shouldn’t stay here, there is no lift to get your suitcases upstairs. Maybe OK for a Yute. Breakfast was OK there except our eggs were overcooked. I am a frequent international traveler. I’ll be more careful in the future booking so-called, “Bed & Breakfast.”

"Overall recommend because the people were so nice."

7.0

We loved the breakfast and visiting with the caretakers Lisa and frank, and their dog, Doris! The house is conveniently located but also a relatively quiet location. It feels like staying at a family members house.

We felt a little cramped in our room and thought the bed was a little tired. We could also hear other people on our floor easily.

Friendly and helpful about what to see and do in Inverness Lovely biscuits left to have with tea

I had not realised how much I don't like sharing a toilet and shower with another room. Shower was very small. Very little hanging space
