Embassy Suites Ontario - Airport

We paid $1000 for 3 days for dirty rooms. When we arrived there was dirty socks left in one corner. Trash in another and dirty Q-tips in the bathroom. The dining area is not great. The check-in was rude man that didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Our room keys didn’t work after several attempts to get them fixed. Our team has been staying with embassy for years. We enjoyed all of our stays until the last 2 stays. We stayed at the Santa Anna location in June and when we arrived there was no air conditioning. We were told we would get a fan or we could cancel our reservation. We were traveling with 10 families. Where would we find last minute accommodation for 10? So we stayed expecting at least a fan. Never came. My extreme frustration is actually not any of those things. I understand things happen. My frustration is the lack of care to address my concerns and provide some sort of support staff to resolve these issues and possibly refund part of our stay. However, no response from Santa Anna. And an apology email from Ontario with a promise of someone to reach out to me to resolve this matter. Have not had anyone reach out. It’s been over a month. Email is nonexistent. They sent the reply email on a no reply email. So 2 in a row bad service, rooms and cleanliness sub par. I’d rather stay at best western for a third of the price and receive the same or better service.

Jacuzzi is open late … hot water as it should be … easy access from elevator to room …

Shower Head needs to be replaced…. Ice Machine on our floor not working, had to go to another floor for ice … hard to adjust thermostat …

The young man that checked us in was great. Very friendly and professional.

I like to the location because it was close to the event arena I attend to and also close to shopping centers, restaurants, and more! I loved the room! Very spacious, comfortable and clean.

Only thing I didn’t like was the directions will end up taking you to a different location so just a little confusing but not too bad.

Parking fees were too high for the lot we were parked in.
