"Overall it was a nice experience"

The breakfast and restaurant were nice

Front desk checking in was on the slower end because of computer issues, the didnt clean the 3rd floor for two days so there was crunched chips near the elevator and a opened truly sitting there and none of the house keepers cleaned it.

"Jenny at the front desk is very rude and nasty"

Jenny is the worst. She is rude, nasty, unprofessional and unpleasant. I stood in line for checking in. She shook her head at me told me she wasn’t ready. I totally understood that, but I did not approach her when she did summons me she Pointed at me and told me to “come here”. It was about 1 PM. The room was not ready. I asked her if she could put me on a list wrote her eyes and said come back in an hour. The room was freezing and I had to use three blankets and requested for engineering to look at the thermostat. I don’t even believe that they checked it. Find somewhere else to stay.

"Hotel near the Airport good for a short stay"

lobby area and restaurant included a complementary happy hour for guests and breakfast was included. The indoor pool was warm and not crowded.

Beds were not very comfortable. This isn't the hotels fault, but there was a Rave in town that evening and a lot of young people, scandalously dressed and impaired walking around. Wasn't the best environment for my children to be in (we were in town for a sport tournament). There were a lot of large stains in hallways in the morning, clearly from people partying to hard.
