Guests are required to clean the kitchen prior to departure. City tax is payable at the residence. Uncovered parking is available for EUR 4 per day or EUR 15 per week. Covered parking is available for EUR 9 per day or EUR 40 per week. Please note that one pet can be accommodated per unit for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day. For group bookings (5 units or more), group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking, and cancelation is possible up to 45 days before arrival. For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
