- For late arrivals (outside reception opening hours): please notify the front desk; contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. You may also include this information in the "Special Requests" section in addition to calling. - For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen area and dishes. - For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. - Pets are accepted (max. 1 per unit) for an additional fee (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. - For group bookings (5 units or more), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and free cancellation is available up to 42 days prior to arrival. Please contact us. - A photo ID and a credit card will be required upon check-in. - A credit card pre-authorization of €300 is required upon arrival as a security deposit; this hold is released after the stay, provided the accommodation is returned in good condition (following a satisfactory inspection).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
