*** Please note that the property will require a guarantee upon check-in. This can be blocked directly to your credit card and will be at a minimum equivalent to the first night stay. Once your bill is settled at check-out, the funds will be reverted back to your credit card. *** Pre-authorization: Please note that in order to check validity of your credit card and guarantee your reservation before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card an amount corresponding to the first night. Minors can only check-in if accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian. The heated swimming pool is not available for minors under 18 years of age. Please note extra amenities are not included in the total price. Please note children 2 years old and younger are considered infants. Cots are free but subject to availability. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. Please note that the outdoor pool and SPA is closed on Mondays. Please note that Spa service including sauna, heated swimming pool is for adults only. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
