Perfect location, clean, friendly staff!!

Shower was hard to get at the right temperature.

The villa is situated a few minutes away from the lake and 2 minutes walk from Hotel Meeting (where you do the check-in). The appartments inside are very spacious and very clean and are very well equipped. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was good - not very diverse, but really tasty. Soundproofing was good inside the rooms and beds were comfortable. Parking is mostly free around the property (white lines) and the property is out of the ZTL. Great accommodation!

Excellent , except the fruit juice seemed a bit artificial/ over concentrated.

The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly in our apartment but we didn't ask to check if we were using it right so it may have been something we were missing. Also the street was quite noisy with cars but if we could have used the air conditioning then we could have closed the windows. When the windows were shut the car noise was much less- still audible but not a problem.

Good AC, top floor appartment was very nice with good views, high ceiling.

Small things missing or broken, e.g. all pans were scratched useless, however we got a new pan for next day. Breakfast was good, however no fresh vegetables (except fruits).

The location was good. Breakfast was ok. It was quit.

The check in and all the administration was not in Villa Maurice but in a near by hotel. It was rainy and we needed to go there a few times for check in and for other logistics. They refused to come. They did not respond on the booking chat for requests regarding the room. so each request we needed to go to the other hotel. The room was way smaller than I expected. There was room for the parents and the kids literly slept in the kitchen. One of the receptionist was rude to us. Because she had an argument with another guest and that made her upset.
