Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en C-Hotel & Spa. El rooftop tiene un ambiente excepcional, perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar, especialmente de la piscina con sus impresionantes vistas. También merece una mención especial la belleza de los jardines, cuidados al detalle y que aportan un encanto único a todo el complejo. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable.

A family owned boutique place hidden in plain sight, that feels more like a villa with staff so kind and hospitable, as well as very helpful. It's been some time since they opened, yet they managed to preserve it in honorable conditions. Plenty of small, hedonistic, useful treats planted as surprises in my room during the day which made my return to my room an x-mas morning under the tree, every time. Complimenti to the invisible people attending and cleaning the room, all the time. The complementary pastries (from their own shop) that would pop up in my room were such a devilish temptation. Breakfast is not your average in a hotel, from a la carte orders prepared by the chef to the bites and food presented very thoughtful and crafted. A nod the the kitchen for the diner service, too - didn't expect for the fine dine kind of food that I have experienced. They made sure it won't be my last visit at C-hotel.

The mosquitos in my room have terrorized me. You ought to find an elegant solution against that, in line with the hotel's curated approach. The room's small pool is rather a nice to have view than usable, being cold, uncleaned and showing its age.

The hotel has a very good staff

The hotel is very cold. Uncomfortable. Very bad noise insulation in the rooms. There are no shelves for gel and shampoo in the shower, which makes it very difficult to take a shower. Small bathrobes

I’ve stayed just for one night and didn’t use SPA. Excellent breakfast. Ala cart and small buffet was extremely delicious. Clean room Facility surrounded by greenery and amazing smells

Établissement très accueillant. Il est récent à l’esthétique moderne. Le personnel est très à l’écoute. Un ou des petits cadeaux étaient disposés chaque jour sur notre lit (chocolats, produits de beauté…) ce qui était très agréable ! La chambre était spacieuse et confortable ainsi que le lit. Le personnel passe 2 fois par jour pour ranger et changer les serviettes si besoin. Le spa privatisé pendant 1 heure avec une collation offerte composée d’une tisane et d.une salade de fruits frais était top !

Le débit d’eau de la douche est faible. Pour se rendre au lac de Côme, il faut une petite heure en fonction de la circulation qui est souvent dense.
