Admirals Landing - Adults Only

We had a lovely time visiting with our hosts, Audrey and Robyn. Breakfast with the other guests was especially wonderful as we all got to know each other, albeit for a brief time.

Beautiful, well appointed, perfectly clean old New England home with all the charm that is expected in the magical Ptown. Owners Audrey and Robin couldn’t be more welcoming. Coffee and tea available all day and breakfast if homemade muffins and feta frittata just perfect. Recommend highly!! Christa

We had such an awesome stay. The place has so much character. Our room was very comfortable and the bedsheets were one of the best bedsheets I have slept on. But the best part of the stay were the hosts. They were so accommodating and we had such awesome conversations during breakfast. We will def be staying here again!

This is a gorgeous facility which is meticulously maintained. It is just one block from Commercial Street – a three minute walk from the beach – but on a quiet street. The hosts were incredibly gracious and friendly, yet not underfoot (this was our first time at a B&B, so wasn’t sure about that aspect). They offered information and guidance for first time visitors with handy guides. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the breakfast…and holy moly! Audri makes muffin tin frittatas each morning which were just lovely and Robyn has a freshly baked item to offer (e.g. banana bread, corn muffins). There’s toast, beverages, fruit, yogurt…what a way to start your day. There’s parking and even a back patio to enjoy. We had room 1, which is small and the least private, as it opens into the common area, however we didn’t find it an issue as the weather was gorgeous and the common space wasn’t really occupied. The shower head and water pressure were good and the towels were the thickest we’ve had. If you’re good with a B&B…this is a wonderful place to experience.

Audri and Robyn are amazing hosts. You can decide to stay at a variety of places in Provincetown and even not care so much about the quality of the accommodations but both Audri and Robyn make you feel so welcome and at home that I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. They are extremely hospitable and provide a very welcoming environment. The accommodations are top notch - very clean and impeccably decorated. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommend

Audrey and Robin are wonderful hosts and breakfast is always fresh and delicious. We stay in the Waves Penthouse Suite and it’s always clean and comfortable. The jetted tub and rainfall shower head are great ways to relax in the large bathroom. Wonderful restaurants, shopping and the beach are all in walking distance.

Robyn and Audri are the perfect hostesses. They make you feel at home. This is my second time staying here and would stay back in a heartbeat. This is a quiet place, not in the middle of the action (but still close to everything) so if that's what you are looking for, it's perfect.
