The Property was clean and well cared for. The location is close to town center and easy to get around.

Admiral’s Landing Bed and Breakfast is in a 160 year old building that has been tastefully modernized and renovated. It is located one street up from Commercial Street where all the “action” is located. We appreciated the quiet at the end of the day. Hosts Audrey and Robin were attentive and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Best B&B, we will be returning, great location and accomodations. Audri and Robyn were prefect hostess.

This property is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants in Provincetown. The rooms are clean and well-appointed and the breakfast that is provided is delicious. Robyn makes wonderful muffins, loaf breads, and quiche as well as several other breakfast options. Robyn and Audrey are delightful hosts.

Arrived to this beautifully maintained historical home one block from the center of Provincetown. Hosts were great and gave good recommendations for things to do in town. Nice patio that we put to use for wine, cheese, and people watching! The beach in literally a straight walk two blocks. Bed was a queen that was fabulously comfortable for both me and my partner. Will stay again.

Amazing...everything we needed...perfect location away from hustle bustle but close to everything...breakfast was a welcomed variety with a homemade touch of fresh quiche and baked items..the hosts exceed!! Definitely returning!!

What a delight. Robyn and Audri were the most gracious hostesses. The inn was very well appointed. Heated floors were amazing too. Lovely breakfast. We are already planning our next stay. Thank you for a much needed break and a wonderful place to share.
