"Hotel is in bad shape."

Close to downtown.

No ELEVATOR. My brother had to lug his luggage up to the third floor. NO HELP. Eddie the night man was more interested in proving he was right than fixing any problems. The toilet in my room backed up and there was no one at the desk all morning to advise about the problem. The hotel was inexpensive but in the end NOT worth it. If you can’t get a room on the ground floor you had better be young and healthy.
