The Fox and the Grapes Bed & Breakfast

We had a pleasant stay at the Fox and the Grapes B&B. The restoration of this old house is amazing and the view of Seneca Lake from the lawn or the deck is beautiful. Our room was very nice and the innkeeper was happy to give us info on the area. There were a couple of things in our room that were missing. A nightstand and lamp on one side of the bed and a shelf in the bathroom for our toiletries. There was plentiful coffee and delicious sweet breads to take the edge off our hunger in the morning but we would have liked breakfast to have been a little more prompt, but it was worth waiting for.

This place was lovely. The breakfast was incredible. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in! Have already recommended this place to all of my friends!

The food was great, the bed was super comfy and the location and scenery can't be beat. It was a great place to use as a base of operations for exploring the wineries around Seneca Lake.

Si jamais vous allez aux USA, n´oubliez pas de passer par ces lacs, ces chutes d´eau, cette charmante maison "B+B" où vous avez l´impression de vivre dans une autre époque, où vous allez faire la connaissance d´un propriétaire aimable et hôte parfait.

Der Besitzer hat in langer liebevoller Arbeit ein Schmuckstück in viktorianischem Stil geschaffen. Man sollte sich das Gefühl in einer anderen Zeit gewohnt zu haben nicht entgehen lassen. Sein Service und die Hingabe an seine Gäste sind unvergesslich. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf den See sind beeindruckend. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung !

This is a delightful place to stay when in the Finger Lakes region. It is convenient to both Seneca and Cayuga lakes, with an excellent view of Seneca. The owners are friendly, helpful and genuinely pleased to have guests. The place is well maintained; a great place to relax and unwind. We will likely use this B&B as our base on future visits to this region.

This was my first B&B experience and because of the accommodations and staff it will not be my last. The Inn looked recently remodeled and had spectacular views of the lake. The breakfasts were great and the location was perfect. This was the ideal spot for a couples retreat. I wish I had more time to stay there. Thanks
