The location, the facilities were great. Nice size of room, swimming pool and hot tub. Staff were very welcome, friendly and helpful in every way eg booking taxis, laundry etc.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were shown around as soon as we booked in. The shared facilities were so grand. We really liked the lounge. The outdoor space was very pretty and well kept. There was a pool which i wish now i had used. We slept well as the bed was very comfortable. Very clean.

Our room was just a bit on the small side. We had no where to put our suitcase. It was not worth unpacking it so opening it and getting stuff out of it was a challenge. We had to place it in front of the door in the end. The bedside lamps were not great to read by. And not many plug sockets available. However, we really did enjoy our stay.
