The resort was fine.

We arrived to find they didn't have our booking. Obvious problem re interface with Booking. Com No reception had to go to the pub to sort it out Unlikely to use booking.com again

Location

The place has a lot of maintenance to be done. No one is if ever on reception. We saw one cleaner the whole time we were there no one else. Couldn’t use our spa bath as it was not clean. The basin also requires replacing.

We love its position by the river, the size of the rooms and their cleanliness, the blocks in which the rooms are set and the way they are decorated

There is not a thing I dislike about the property that is why we keep returning

Close proximity.

Never anyone when you check in. Room key did not work and had to get someone from the tavern to help. Electrical fault and no lighting from reception to the car park. Stayed in the same room about 4 weeks ago and this time there is a bad smell in the room.
