The rooms are outdated and not the cleanest especially for the amount of money you pay for the room. The spa was only warm and not hot at all. Only one side of the spa had the jets working correctly. This is the only reason I chose this accommodation so I could take my sister to recharge and the spa wasn’t even hot or working properly. Disappointed especially for the price.

Needs a thorough bathroom clean. Were the bathroom shower glass meets the frame need a good scrub. The main bed was quite uncomfortable and could feel the springs

Location was perfect. The pool, gym spa areas were great. Cafes/restaurants were close by for good coffee and food. Bed was comfortable. Great kitchen and laundry.

It’s a shame we didn’t get an ocean view which I thought we had booked. The view from our back deck was of a neighbour’s back yard, truly awful. Wooden frame around bed was a real shin basher.

The facilities on offer were great and the location was excellent.

the room did not feel clean, the floor was rather slimy on the tiles and there was hair on the walls, and matress.

The fact what i booked wasnt same as what i received. The ants that covered our food. So couldnt leave stuff in the pantry. Dishes left in dishwasher unsure if clean. The fact i had to ask for things to be repaired (shower head broken so wouldnt stay up. After pressing flush button once it wouldnt come back up). and old hair ties removed. Dont think it was even cleaned properly.
