Green Harbor Resort

The grounds, beach and facilities were perfect. It is a really pretty setting on the beach, and the property was beautifully maintained with lots of games and thoughtful touches for children. However although the kitchen and bathroom were perfectly clean, the inside of the rooms were extremely dated (carpet, furniture, bedding) and there was a smell of mold which made the rooms feel oppressive and grubby.

It wasn’t too far from downtown Hyannis and we could see the harbor and pool from our balcony.

It was the harbor, not the beach like the other south Yarmouth red jackets. We were promised 4 beds. But we got 3. I have adult family. Got a very uncomfortable cot put in the room upon request. Poor WiFi. My son couldn’t work from there. He missed his meetings. No gym, no hot tub, no restaurant, no breakfast. It was too pricey for what they give you.

Private beach was amazing. All the amenities made it so we didn’t even have to leave resort ! Very fun and relaxing.

I had an amazing stay at this resort with my two best friends and our kids (mostly teens.) The entire property is meticulously clean—from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. We loved the pool, the convenient amenities, and the umbrellas/ chairs on the beach were a nice touch! The customer service was absolutely impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to the registration/front desk team (Karen is a superstar) —they were incredibly kind, and professional. The rooms were super clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. (I always miss not having a full length mirror… and perhaps keyless entry, and a bar onsite would be a plus..other than that 5 stars all around) I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. Great location as well. Can’t wait to return!

Extremely Friendly, Sweet, Knowledgeable Staff and Extremely Clean and well organized rooms. Quaint Cottage full of sea air, cape cop views of beaches, seagulls, beaches, harbors, wildlife and boats. This resort is better than pictured!

The prior reviews were right - the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff and cleanest rooms around. Our cottage was quaint but perfectly situated by the harbor, with smell of the salt water - classic Cape Cod views of the harbor, wildlife, beaches and boats. The rooms were neat, the kitchen was extremely organized, and the quality of care is unmatched. No lines, no crowed beaches, no commercial noises - just the sound of the waves and seagulls. I would come back in a heartbeat!
