"Perfect stay!"

Easily the best hotel on the island and so glad we were here for Christmas. The highlight was the marine nature reserve - snorkeling and seeing all the different fish and black tips was exciting and enjoyable. Andrea is a fabulous host, taking the time to get to know guests and help in anyway he can. All other staff were also friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean, lovely ocean view from the bed which was lovely each morning.

Would have preferred some more breakfast options - restaurant food was lovely though!

I loved this place and my stay in Tepanee The Location Is amazing very well located, great views, great vibes and excellent service!! I spent there 1 week and it was perfect. Andrea (the owner) is a perfect host, he helped me with contacts and lot of interesting Info about the isaland 100% recomended!!!

"Worth it for the location and the place in general, but it’s better if you get a room upstairs"

Location is GREAT! Totally worth it for the protected beach with amazing marine life. The resort looks lovely and you can notice they really take care of it. Staff is friendly.

We had another room on top of us and we could hear everything, the floor creaks with every step they took. Breakfast could have more options, the quality of bread and the yogurt they offered wasn’t good.Fruits were also limited.

Nice sea view and room is clean (big thumbs up for cleaning ladies).

Food was a horror, and you will understand when having for breakfast, no need to explore for lunch or dinner. Staff tried to be polite but fail for trying. Questions were not replied with good solution. Recommendation of diving shop has bad Google review...
