"Another enjoyable visit."

Another enjoyable stay at the Savoy. It was lovely to be recognised by several staff who remember us from previous visits. We were well looked after in all areas of the hotel. Soliman and Shenouda looked after our every need in the Safari bar and are now like good friends after the several years we have known them. Kareem was always helpful in the restaurant - making sure we had a table and looking after our drink orders. The fish chef and melon man looked after us once again and always had a smile for us. Special mention must be made of Omar Bahkeet at the middle pool. He was so attentive to everyone using the sunbeds at his pool. His attention was always on everyone and made sure that you were looked after from arriving there to leaving for the day. We were sorry to leave the hotel and will miss his friendliness and that of many of the other staff members. Look forward to returning but maybe back to our usual Winter month visits as the June heat was a bit much for us.

"Amazing Savoy"

4th time staying at the wonderful Savoy, each time a memorable experience of high quality accommodation and cuisine not too mention the amazing staff where nothing is too much trouble and always on hand to help in anyway. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We have just returned from yesterday another Savoy group break, the service and attention from all the staff is amazing and they cannot do enough for you The location on shone square is perfect for al the restaurants and entertainment/shopping but as it’s set back you do not get the noise. The All inclusive options give you so much choice and the individual on site restaurants are so so good The pool bar is well stocked and you have a choice of a busier or quieter pool depending on your preference We couldn’t fault it so have re booked for new year If you’re looking for anything to pick at …. The sun beds could do with covers to back a bit more comfy for 5 star service and a nearer loo but other than that we had a faultless and thoroughly spoilt time
