Great location. Excellent staff. Close to beautiful beach, and very clean.

We didn't stay there but the owner's son is the biggest idiot in Rarotonga. Does high speed wheelies up and down the main road on his loud motorbike every afternoon. Only a matter of time until he kills himself or someone else. Best to stayaway from the place.

Beautiful location and amazing staff. Food generous proportions and very tasty.

Decor a little tired. Prefer a top sheet on bed.

I loved how clean and crisp our room was. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. Attention to detail couldn't be faulted. The view from our room was spectacular. I enjoyed the peace and calm of the place.

The 3 flights to climb to our room. So thankful we didn't have big or heavy bags. No wifi. We had to purchase it. No microwave in our room

the breakfast was good, cereal, juice, coffee, etc. fine for the tropics, when a heavy breakfast isn't needed.

the hotel is starting to show it's age and really does need a makeover. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.
