Sleep Inn & Suites Indoor Waterpark

This hotel was easy to check in. Had the most friendly staff I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel. I would like to give a special shout out to Angie. She was warm hospitable and helped me in a couple of situations with my granddaughter to calm her down, she went out of her way to make her stay comfortable. The breakfast was great every day we were there. They kept the dining room clean and they had fresh food out all during breakfast. My granddaughter loved the little turtle slide. I think she went down at 100 times we would definitely stay here again.

I like the swimming area. It was overall good.

I didnt like how I couldn't use my TV the first night and the front didnt seem to care. Also I didnt feel like my room was the cleanest. Also was missing almost all my bedding

Found toys under the fridge along with alot of trash/food dresser drawers wouldnt stay closed no guide for the TV and channels were very in and out. Hot tub was not working. The hair dryer in one of the rooms didn't work.

The bed and pillows are like heaven.

The breakfast is trash the biscuits you can tell we bought premade not like the premade ones that you get from the freezer. But the ones that you buy at Sam’s Club and the 24 pack. They were nasty. The sausages were very nasty. They had a very funky taste of them. The kids area were like the pool and the waterslide and all that is I had very little ventilation from all of the bleach in the chlorine that they put in the pool we were there for maybe 30 minutes and my kids were coughing their eyes were already burning. It was just a whole lot and they only had one window open. I could see that they had ventilations up at top but you could tell that we’rewe’re not working. The pool area was so bad. I actually had to take my inhaler and I had to do a breathing treatment that same night. The chlorine and bleach is so much that you can smell it in your room. We definitely will not be staying at this particular motel again. Also, the rooms there was crumbs inside the drawers. The bathroom was nasty up and under the sink. There is a big hole water was coming out of the sink. There are rust stains in the bathtub. They have the cloth shower curtain and it’s yellow and dingy and nasty. The actual carpet we wore socks or shoes because it was padded down and you could tell there was so much dirt and debris in there that it was nasty. I would have to say overall this is probably one of the worst motels that we’ve stayed in. The breakfast is trash, the pool area and kids area. If you have respiratory issues it’s really not a good choice. The front desk people were nice. And the only thing good about the rooms was the beds the they were very clean. But that’s the only thing in the room that was clean.

The perfect hotel for a family that doesn’t love th downtown chaos. Very clean with a great breakfast and truly some of the nicest staff I’ve encountered. I cannot wait to come back
