"Pool not working and never notified, don't stay with asthma or heart issues."

Staff were nice

Pool not working ruined my son's might. No one let us know in advance. Broken conditioner bottle No tub Smelled like marijuana which made my kid feel sick. He already had heart and lung issues. Ruined our trip.

The location was decent and close to most places.

The water park was out of service! The bathroom door kept catching on the floor because the floor is uneven. I told the front desk and nothing was done. There are key pads on the other doors to get into the building but none of them worked so if the front parking lot was full you had to park around back and walk around. The walls and random chair in the room had stains. The elevator door is not working correcting so it always banged shut. The elevator would also bang once you got to the floor you desired. Overall I was not pleased and it wasn’t really worth the money especially with the water park not being up and running. When you’re in the hotel room you can hear EVERYTHING from the hallway.

It was an overall bad experience-woken up by the fire alarm 2 mornings in a row at 6:40 am, water park was closed, asked to fill out a form to get housekeeping and couldn't find the form. Staff was nice in the beginning and basically didn't care by the end. Not a pleasant experience. Hallways stunk, carpet was dirty, no shower gel. Older property and they just don't care and it shows
