Sleep Inn & Suites Indoor Waterpark

We came to the hotel over Thanksgiving weekend with all of our family. With the amount of kids we had. We thought it would be a great place so they could play in the pool and we could hang out poolside. The pool room itself was between 50 and 60°. It was freezing inside. They said that there was nothing they could do about it because they turn off the heat overnight and it was below freezing outside. The water was a little bit warmer than the room but there was so much steam. The visibility was ridiculous because of the amount of steam coming off of the water and people's bodies. You could see your breath in the pool room. And the water was not even warm. The hot tub was bathwater lukewarm and had no jets but it was bearable. The kiddie pool and the deeper pool were both very cold water. It made it almost impossible to enjoy the indoor water park because of how cold it was. We were literally the only family in the entire hotel who tried to go into the pool. Everyone else, and there were a lot of families with kids we have seen, didn't even come into the pool room. What a disappointment. Also, at breakfast I saw a cricket roach weird looking thing crawling across the floor. I don't know what it was but it was gross.

i usually don’t complain, but i have tried to think of what all to say. the ONLY thing i liked about this hotel was the quiet, no loud neighbors, excessive noises, etc.

EVERYTHING. the pool “wasn’t working” wasn’t notified until LESS than 24 hours before check in, knowing there is no way i would get my money back in time to find something else i kept it. — i had to use a SCREWDRIVER from the desk to open the microwave — the bathroom door wouldn’t shut fully, and got stuck when trying to open it wider. — there was an excessive amount of stains on the floor, huge scuffs and marks over dressers. — there was a “party” im assuming because we came to park around 9pm, there was cars FULL of teenagers sitting outside we had to park further away and walk up (with little kids i wasn’t happy) overall, was not worth $330 for no pool, no room service, asked for a room cleanup and just got extra towels, didn’t dust, nor vacuum.

Everything was excellent.

The bed was so comfy I had a very hard time getting up the next day

The front desk staff was really nice and grlpful

There was a dirty sick in the bottom of one of the trash cans left and my daughter did find and insect in the bed covers

Kid friendly and waterpark breakfast in the morning

Their was one staff member that was not friendly and not enough towels after swimming
