Sleep Inn & Suites Indoor Waterpark

Estaba muy incómoda los cuartos no estaban listos eran las 6 pm por eso no nos quedamos salimos el día siguiente, había reservado el hotel para que mis hijos recibieran un buen año y eso no pasó

Room was disgustingly dirty, bed had food in it and when we folded out the couch bed the mattress was completely destroyed and had food folded up in it also. The pool area had so much chemicals in it we couldn't stand to be in it for more than 10 minutes.

Every thing was great

The breakfast that was the only thing that was nice in good

Very cold my room was the broke room as my older daughter called it the Wi-Fi SUCK IT was no signal what so ever it was bad none of my children tablets was not connected to the Wi-Fi it was my birthday to treat my kids in it was a big fell

The location and the room was fairly clean

You can hear everything in the hallway, doors are not very sealed and let a lot of light in from the hall and the pool was chaos with kids who were not following rules and making it completely unsafe for little ones.

The staff were attentive and friendly.

Went there for the indoor water park. They had it closed. When they did finally open it it was so cold a polar bear would of froze
