"I felt ill with disgust the whole time"

I was very disappointed

The pool shouldn’t be labeled Waterpark I feel horrible I told the kids that it was a water park. The water felt thick and disgusting and the floors were slimy and I feel sick thinking about what all was in there.

The facility is a little run down and could do with acrefresh. The toilet in my first room was broken.

The location

The room is very dirty!! hideaway bed was filthy!!! This staff in the kitchen was very polite. The food was terrible!! I will say The people at the front desk were very nice!
