Location. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shower was superb.

We paid for 8 beds. We received 3 beds. We were expected to all share beds and then we were charged for a pull out bed when really it should have been provided for free. One adult in our group had to share with 2 kids. Also, the beds were classified as king beds but were just two single beds pushed together which made the sheet slip off. This place charges high end motel prices but it runs like a below average hostel. Never again.

Nothing. Parking. Walking distance to town.

Everything. Didn’t match photos, description or expectations. We had organised prior to arrival regarding bed arrangement for 4 guests but wasn’t suitable on arrival. Property was neglected and no eating at the hotel. Rooms could be cleaner. Very disappointing stay. Would not recommend.

Clean room, friendly staff, beautiful place.

Broken washing machine, bad wifi (stayed also in a dormitory nearby and it wasn't the case there), cold restroom. This is ok for a cheap motel, but paying 220nzd/day you expect a better quality.

Location- next to Lake Matheson

The room was very dated, toilet seat broken, hairdryer broken, duver cover dirty, receptionist didnt speak english, have stayed here before and it has gone downhill a lot and for 285$ a night, definitely not worth it, wont come back again
