High Peaks Hotel

Die Lage war oke, etwas ausserhalb und ruhig.

Grundsätzlich in die Jahre gekommen und ich hatte schmutzige Bettwäsche. Eklige Flecken die übel ausgesehen haben (ich gehe mal davon aus dass das Zeug schon gewaschen wurde ...) Aber naja, schmutzige Wäsche gehört entsorgt und nicht auf das Bett der Gäste! Leider war die Reception nicht besetzt und ich konnte vor Ort nichts unternehmen, so habe ich im Schlafsack übernachtet! Toilette war ebenfalls nicht sauber und die Tassen hatten Rückstände. Zimmerreinigung blieb aus, alsi ich abends jeweils zurückkehrte war alles wie ich es verlassen hatte! Klar, es ist kein 5-Stern Hotel, aber sauber darf und soll es trotzdem sein! Schade, ich würde da nicht mehr hingehen!

Nothing, was a nightmare since we got there. Paid full price for 4 people and only place for 3 people to sleep. The room was extremely hot 🥵 and the toilet seat wasn't fitted and risk for sliding off the toilet. My adult daughter slept on the floor, really after speaking to the Manager on the phone, she didn't want to list to what my husband was saying. There were no that was available to go to in Fox glacier. We had to stay but left the next morning early. This is not a hotel but a dump. Not recommend it to anyone and shouldn't be on trivago. We rate it minus 10

What breakfast???? Advt lead us to believe that we were going to be staying in a hotel with Dinner and Breakfast available .

The girl on reception was lovely and we felt sorry for her having to deal with our issues. Correct the advt and it will be more acceptable

Nette schone kamer. Zeer vriendelijke receptioniste.

Er is hier niets. Alleen een kamer om te slapen. De benaming ‘hotel’ slaat nergens op.
