Great room, comfy beds. Clean & tidy. Friendly staff.

Car park was a bit loud/lights shining into our room all night.

Room was clean and comfortable

No cutlery or plates no hot water in kitchen.no cooking facilities in room. Was surprised at the neglected condition of the outside grounds.

Das Hotel ist in einem Zustand der Vernachlässigung. Die Zimmer sind extrem aufdringlich parfümiert. einige der Lampen funktionierten nicht. Es gab nur eine Minimalausstattung. Es gab einen Toaster für das ganze Hotel und der stand draussen. Unappetitlicer und dreckiger geht nicht.

The staff are amazing…. My partner and I got food poisoning and the staff helped me book another room for the night when rooms in the area were scarce.

Our second room had no fans and the tv didn’t work

The hotel was more of a motel but that was fine. The bed was super comfy and we had restricted views of the mountains.

The fridge didn’t work very well, the internet was patchy and we couldn’t get the Netflix service to work on the television. Because people are allowed to park directly in front of their room, and patio doors open onto the parking area, we were woken by very early risers starting up their cars. But these are quibbles rather than complaints. The room served our purposes, and the visit to the Fox Glacier and the Franz Joseph Glacier were the highlights of a fabulous holiday - yes, better even than Milford Sound!

Beautiful location, big room with everything provided, good bathroom with nice shower. Convenient parking. Exceptional view even from the room/bed. Absolutely stunning location!
