Beautiful views from our windows. Quite place. Within walking distance of local restaurants. Plenty of parking outside. Spacious room. Only 30 min drive to franz joseph

Restaurant and bar permanently closed. Washing facilities were broken but we recognise that guests can be heavy handed with these things.

The toilet seat was completely broken, and there was a sign on the wall asking us to put up with the fault.

Walking distance to the local eateries, as the onsite restaurant is closed.

Room 18 was smelly, water leaking from bathroom shower into bedroom, carpet in doorway was soaking wet. Staff was aware of it and didn't offer to change rooms, nothing was done about it after asking for owner/ manager. No other room available. No TV or streaming service, there was no reception. Staff was aware of it. No bedside tables or shelves. Noisy from neighbours.
